After a quick review, this class should just be an MLM tree.
It supports limiting the number of members a member can represent, or can be set up for unlimited members in the first downline.
While you can limit it to 2 supported members, it is missing an important element in a Binary Plan. What makes a binary plan different from a standard organization tree is that there is a left leg and a right leg. Only one leg is the power leg used to determine profit shares, so to be a true binary plan you have to distinguish which leg a member is in.
I would recommend that the package be described as a MLM Tree instead of an MLM Binary Tree since it does not seem to support a true binary plan.
