So, do you need a username and password from Opera Telecom to use this class? How much do they charge for this? Can you use it from every country? Send sms to all countries or not?

Yes you need username and password from operatel. Prices varies according to their packages. You can send sms all over the world as they said. I am using this for Autralia and UK.
