 Some applications need to communicate with devices plugged in serial or parallel devices.

When there are several possible communication ports, it is useful to detect on which port the device is plugged.

This class provides a solution to detect which ports have plugged devices on machines running Windows.

Detailed description

This class can be used to retrieve the list of active COM ports on Windows.

It uses the mode command to retrieve the list of active communication ports.

The list of active ports is returned in an array with the port names.
